Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Proforma on new accounts
- Payment strictly within 30 days of invoice
- All goods will be charged at prices ruling at time of despatch.
- Minimum order is £75 ex VAT
- Minimum Carriage paid order £125 ex VAT, orders below this figure are charged £6 plus VAT
- We supply cards in multiples of a dozen or half dozens
- All goods and carriage are subject to VAT at the standard rate
- Title of goods remain with Ch'i Designs until goods are paid for in full.
- Ch'i Designs shall not be liable for loss to the customer arising from delay or damage to the goods in transit.
- Any defects to the quality, condition, or quantity of the goods (other than in respect of loss or damage in transit), shall be
notified to Ch'i Designs in writing within 7 working days of delivery
